I have been a patient of Dr. Nichols for the last 14 years. He has done numerous procedures to treat my cleft lip and palate. He has always taken the time to listen to my questions and concerns and he and his wonderful staff have always made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I am so pleased with the results and would recommend Dr. Nichols to anyone needing oral or facial surgery.

Dr. Nichols genuinely cares about his patients and is very thorough and does a great job explaining what he is doing and why. He never rushes in and out. He has taken the time to get to know me as a person and is one of the best doctors that I have encountered.

To the staff and everyone that works in your office was wonderful. I would gladly recommend anyone in the area or elsewhere to go there. They were great,nice,polite and on point. When I needed them after everything was over I just called and they got me back in and answered after hours as well. I can truly say they have my vote anytime.
